In March of 2023, Chick-fil-A Midsouth selected The Cancer Kickers Soccer Club to be their "Community  Champion" of the month. All month long, Action News 5 ran a promotion featuring the Cancer Kickers Soccer Club and our work with kids who are fighting cancer. As a recipient, we were invited to apply for the Chick-Fil-A "True Inspiration Award", which recognizes nonprofits that are leading positive change and creating tangible impact throughout the communities they serve. Additionally, being a "Community Champion" gave us the opportunity to spread our mission across the Mid-South.
